‘Nothing lights up Advocates like creating a solution that changes people’s lives.’

— 16 Personalities

Me, Louise, smiling in front of a wall with colourful striped wallpaper. I'm wearing a blue dress and red lipstick.

Working with me

A content designer with a digital design and communications background. I create engaging, understandable content that works. I believe that great design starts with great content. It’s a conversation with your users, and that conversation should be clear and meaningful.

Working with me means working together, co-creating to meet user needs. I ask a lot of questions to ensure that I understand the problem we’re solving and the results you want.

More about me:

  • I have a particular interest in human-centred design, accessibility and neurodiversity.
  • According to the 16 Personalities quiz, I’m an Advocate. I have never read a profile that felt so true.
  • My wardrobe consists largely of dungarees and dresses. I’ve been told I dress like a toddler and a primary school teacher.
  • On that note, I’ve often been ‘accused’ of naivety but I believe we should work to create a more equitable society.
  • I’ve studied data analysis and visualisation and I’m a sucker for a good infographic.
  • A graphic designer in another life, I love big, bold typefaces.
  • I own a (slightly dusty) risograph printer and sometimes make colourful cards with it.
