Implement a new hotel brand across a suite of materials for an internal learning programme.
Challenge
Create a series of learning materials, as templates, for the new Avid brand hotels. The templates should be flexible enough for the client to use and to flow content through but have a real brand personality. Implementing a brand that was still in development relied on strong collaboration and an in-depth understanding of the client’s challenges.
Solution
As well as workbooks, facilitation guides and training cards, a set of icons were needed as an expansion of those created by the brand team, to be used in the materials. I also created a large format poster to be used back-of-house in the hotels, for messages, staff feedback, metrics and motivation.
As the first unveiling of a new brand, this was an exciting project to be part of. Seeing the strength of the brand and coherence of the project, across a range of materials and media, was so rewarding.
